Trump blames Norway for NOT winning the Nobel Peace Prize

Does this clown ever stop crying when he loses? He NEVER ended 8 wars in 8 months, which is his go to lie, I guess he just loves the number 88 so much like Trump = 88 in Ordinal Gematria. But again, why is he blaming Norway? Has he ever proven that Norway has any say in who the Nobel Peace Prize winner should be? I've never heard of it, reporters should ask that question of him.
